if you do not have dental insurance coverage

We require payment at the time of treatment.  We do accept all major credit cards.

if you have dental insurance coverage

We require a deposit equal to the portion of the fee we expect your dental insurance will not cover.  Please see the “Insurance Information” tab for more details or call us at 603-624-9786.  Medical insurance will not cover most dental treatments, including endodontics.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

payment plans

If you would like to set up an arrangement to make monthly payments for your treatment, for your convenience we participate with Care Credit, an ADA endorsed financing company.  If you are interested in this option we can provide more information.  If you have any questions at all, please call and let us help.

billing

We will send you a monthly statement.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  A rebilling charge and/or interest may be applied for balances which are not paid in full.

cancellation and failed appointment policy

Since our goal is to care for you in a careful and prudent manner, we reserve a significant amount of time just for you.  If you will not be able to arrive for a scheduled appointment please call us 48 hours in advance, to avoid a fee.
